1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Somna mobile application ("Somna" or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Somna strictly on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you, for non-commercial personal sleep and audio management purposes.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and In-App Purchases

Somna offers both free tier functionalities and premium features under Somna PRO:

• 14-Day Free Trial: Subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial period. You may cancel anytime before the end of the 14 days directly in Google Play without being charged.
• Monthly Subscription ($0.99/mo): Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Lifetime Purchase ($4.99): Grants non-expiring access to PRO features via a one-time payment.
• Restoring Purchases: You may restore previously paid purchases across any device associated with your Google Play account using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.

4. Third-Party Media Apps

Somna interacts with third-party audio and video players (such as Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and podcast players) by broadcasting standard Android audio control signals. Somna is independent and not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with any third-party media platforms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Somna is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While engineered to ensure maximum reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted timer execution on devices with non-standard OEM power-management restrictions.
